Legal Update September 2022: Dates for Final Arguments

On Tuesday 6 September 2022, the Hon’ble Justice Gautam Patel passed an order noting that the cross-examination of the Defendant’s witnesses has concluded. The Hon’ble Justice Gautam Patel has set dates for the final arguments in the suit, which shall commence from 28 November 2022 and continue on a day-to-day basis.

This year, 1444H, al-Dai al-Fatemi Syedna Taher Fakhruddin TUS will deliver Ashara Mubaraka waaz in Iwan-e-Fatemi in the Mazaar-e-Qutbi complex (Thane, India) under the cool shade of Raudat-un-Noor. Waaz will begin daily at 10.30am India time insha’Allah. Mumineen are invited for Niyaaz Jaman thereafter.
