Ashara Mubaraka 1444H Programme Details

The first ten days of Muharram, Ashara Mubaraka, commemorate the unparalleled sacrifice and commitment that Imam Husain AS, his Ahl-e-Bayt, and close companions demonstrated on the plains of Karbala. Through our Hudaat Kiraam’s tradition of narrating the events of Karbala, we relive those fateful days in which Imam Husain SA was martyred, and in our limited capacity, relate to that ultimate sacrifice for the sake of Truth.

The 54th Dai Syedna Taher Fakhruddin TUS will perform waaz mubarak during Ashara Mubaraka in Mazaar-e-Qutbi Complex for the first time. Syedna TUS encouraged Mumineen to partake in the barakaat of Ashara Mubaraka this year in his Eid e Ghadeer-e-Khumm waaz sermon:

Waaz Program and Broadcast Details

This year, 1444H, al-Dai al-Fatemi Syedna Taher Fakhruddin TUS will deliver Ashara Mubaraka waaz in Iwan-e-Fatemi in the Mazaar-e-Qutbi complex (Thane, India) under the cool shade of Raudat-un-Noor. Waaz will begin daily at 10.30am India time insha’Allah. Mumineen are invited for Niyaaz Jaman thereafter.

Syedna TUS has granted raza for waaz mubarak to be broadcast from 2nd Muharram to 10 Muharram live on YouTube and will be available for replay. The first Waaz Mubarak will be on 2nd Muharram (Sat 30 July). Mumineen viewing the waaz broadcast are advised to observe the same majlis adab & etiquette as they would when attending in person.

Marsiya and Noha Majlis

Imam Husain AS Marsiya & Noha majlis will be held every night after Maghrib Isha Namaaz during Ashara Mubaraka 1444H, insha’Allah, and will be broadcast on Youtube at 730pm India time. The first Majlis will be on 2nd raat of Muharram (Friday, 29th July 2022). Mumineen are invited for Niyaaz Jaman thereafter.
