Misr Safar Mubarak 1447H - A Historic Visit to Rasul Husain SA and Fatimid Cairo

Syedna Taher Fakhruddin TUS embarked on an auspicious and historic safar mubarak for ziyarat of Rasul Husain SA in Misr. This mubarak safar took place from 2nd to 8th Rabi ul Aakhar 1447H (24th to 30th September 2025).

We are pleased to present glimpses into the countless barakaat which Mumineen took with the Fatemi Dai, who led them to perform ziyarat of Rasul Husain SA, and also to visit and pray namaaz at the Masjids of Fatimid Cairo, including Jame’ al-Anwar and Jame’ ibn-Tulun.

On the night of Imamuz Zamaan SA Milad Mubarak, Mumineen embarked with Syedna TUS on a journey along the River Nile, on a cruise ship where Syedna TUS delivered bayaan and led Mumineen in namaz. For the Mumineen, who are already sitting steadfastly in Safinatun Najaat, boarding a safina with their Dai on this auspicious night was indeed an unforgettable memory.

After the profound spiritual experience of performing ziyarat of Rasul Husain SA and praying at the historic Masjids of Fatimid Cairo, Syedna TUS and Mumineen proceeded to a beautiful resort at the Red Sea for two days. Against the stunning backdrop of the Red Sea’s azure waters, the gathering was filled with warmth and joy. Syedna TUS graced a mushaira program, where Mumineen presented heartfelt poems and shairies on many different aspects of life. Smiles and laughter were shared, and hearts were uplifted during these serene days by the Red Sea in which the feeling of camaraderie was strengthened through the ties that unite us.
