Congratulation and Doa: Indian Mars Mission

Syedna Qutbuddin TUS congratulates the Indian nation on the successful entry into orbit of “Mangalayaan” (Mars Orbiter Mission). On 24th September 2014, it was sent into orbit around Mars by the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). It is a proud moment for all Indians that our nation is the first nation to successfully insert a satellite into orbit in the very first attempt.

Mankind’s journey to space is a testament to the power of the Human Intellect. The exploration and discovery of the intricacies of space and planets is cause for us to pause and meditate on the power and omnipotence of our Creator and our purpose in life. It is an occasion to draw us to God. As the 51st Dai stated in his qasida:

واذا قدرت على الذي لم تقدر الـ * ـانسان قبلك فادر شان المقدر

"And if you are able to achieve things that humans before you were not able to achieve, then recognize the ability and power of the One who enabled you!"
