Syedna Khuzaima Qutbuddin TUS Milad Program – 29th Rabiul Aakhar – Highlights, Video & Photos

Syedna Khuzaima Qutbuddin TUS lead Maghrib Isha Namaz on Milad raat, 29mi Rabi al-Aakhar (17th February). This was followed by muminaat behno Wadhawanu program in the beautifully illuminated grounds of Darus Sakina, Thane. Syedna’s chair was placed in a ‘tent of light’ (khaymatun-nur). The atmosphere was one of happiness and love.

All muminaat received the sharaf of wadhawanu while qasidas and madehs were prayed. The wadhawanu program continued as a brass band jubilantly played. Each mumina offered wadhawanu and mubarakbadi with great tamakkun.

For the first time, mumineen bhaiyo who had come for imamat namaz also received the sharaf of wadhawanu.

As Syedna TUS left the grounds, fireworks lit the sky and the band played the national anthem.

Then, mumineen were served Milad Khushi Jaman in the Darus Sakina grounds.

On Milad day, Syedna Qutbuddin arrived for Waaz Majlis in the afternoon. After sharbat wadhawanu rasam, the qasida Mubarak by Syedna Taher Saifuddin RA Sahibal Asri waliyyal fathi wan-nasrin-suri was prayed, and also the Madeh written for the occasion by Shz. Dr. Tahera baisaheba. After this, Syedna TUS began bayaan Mubarak.

Syedna TUS began the bayaan Mubarak with the zikar of Panjetan, A’immat and Du’aat and the metaphor of the Tree (shajara) that Rasulullah SA had drawn. Just as a family tree, this shajara was represents our spiritual affiliation with panjetan, the Imams, their Dai’s and finally Dai-z-zaman. The leaves that are attached to the shajara are healthy and those that fall of dry and wither and are eventually burnt.

In the bayaan, Syedna TUS recited the Qur’anic ayat ‘yu’tikum kiflayni min rahmatihi’ (Allah Ta’ala gives you a two-fold portion of his Rahmat – Surat ul Hadid: 28). In the light of this ayat, Syedna TUS stated that there are 8 Dais whose 2 sons became Dai. The first of the 8 was the 8^th Dai Syedna Husain b. Ali, whose two sons, Syedna Ali (9^th Dai) and Syedna Ibrahim (11^th Dai) both became Dais. Similarly, two sons of the 12^th, 16^th, 19^th, 27^th, 41^st, 45^th Dais also became Dais. In the same parallel, the two sons of the 51^st Dai, Syedna Taher Saifuddin RA also became Dais. The first was the first son of the 51^st Dai, Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin RA, the 52^nd Dai al-Mutlaq. The second was the 11^th son of the 51^st Dai, Syedna Khuzaima Qutbuddin, the 53^rd Dai al-Mutlaq. Syedna also did zikar of the context of his birth in Syedna Taher Saifuddin’s home, and Syedna Taher Saifuddin’s nazaraat on him from his childhood, beginning with the name Khuzaima that he loved.

Syedna also bestowed much doa Mubarak for all mumineen before the recitation of the shahaadat of Imam Husain SA. A video excerpt of the doa will inshaallah be presented on Fatemidawat.com next week.

Following waaz Syedna TUS led Maghrib Isha Namaz and then presided over Jumadal Ula Pehli Tarikh Majlis in the grounds of Darus Sakina, once again in the khaymatun-nur (lighted tent). The Majlis began with a spell binding recitation by Shz. Dr. Husain bhaisaheb of the beginning of Surat ul Fateh and the recitation of the qasida mubaraka ‘Hilalun Bada’. Then qasidas and madehs composed in shaan of Syedna Qutbuddin on the occasion of Milad Mubarak by Shz Taher Bhaisaheb, Shz Dr Bazat Saifiyah Baisaheba, Shz Fatema Baisaheba, Shz Arwa Baisaheba, Aamenah Baisaheba, Zahra Baisaheba, and Qutub Khan Bhaisaheb were prayed. Tuhfat Tahera, was completed and presented in Harat Imamiyah on this auspicious occasion. Tuhfat Tahera is a book to teach our children Arabi alphabets by taking the name of Dai Zamaan and learning his esteemed qualities. Syedna Qutbuddin composed two stories for the description of the first two letters, in Syedna Taher Saifuddin's time. The first volume of Sijill, all 52 issues from the last year was published in book form and also presented to Syedna. Syedna prayed many doas for all those involved in khidmat, and bestowed countless blessings for mumineen khidmatguzar.

Many businessmen, police-men and people from the surrounding areas also came to offer bouquets and greetings and receive Syedna’s blessings. Syedna blessed all those who came and invited them all to have jaman with mumineen.

In a short video presented on Fatemidawat.com we have attempted to capture the palpable joyousness of the occasion. It was a clear, crisp Mumbai night, with a perfect breeze that rustled through the leaves of the beautifully lit magnificent trees in the Darus Sakina Gardens. The Police Band’s tunes filled the air, and smiles, laughter, friendship, happiness and most of all our love for Syedna Khuzaima Qutbuddin TUS bound us all together. Our hearts brimming with happiness and our faces gleaming with love and joy, we forever gazed at our Beloved Father, so grateful to be a part of his family.
