“Inna lillaahe wa-inna ilayhi raaji’oon”. We are deeply saddened to inform Mumineen that Tasneem ben Raja, wife of al-Marhum Sheikh Mohammed bhai Raja, has passed away in Leicester, UK. May Allah Ta’ala grant her the abode of Jannat ul Firdaus, by the shafa’at of our Mawali Tahereen, and especially the shafa’at of Dai-z-Zaman Syedna Taher Fakhruddin TUS, and grant sabar to her family and children.

It was al-Marhuma Tasneem ben’s baland naseeb that Mazoon-ud-Dawat-il-Gharra’ Syedi wa Mawlaya Abdeali Bhaisaheb Saifuddin AAB, and with him, Mukasir-o-Dawat-il-Haqq-il Mubeen Syedi wa Mawlaya Husain Bhaisaheb Burhanuddin AAB presided over dafan kafan, janaza ni namaz, and sadaqallah majlis.

On the auspicious day of the shahaadat of Maulatuna Fatema SA, 10 Jumadal Ula 1442H, 24^th December 2020, janaza gusl was performed in Leicester. Thereafter Syedi Mazoon Saheb AAB led janaza ni namaz in Husaini hall. Mumineen then proceeded to the qabrastan to perform dafnawanu ceremony. Bihamdillah, under the guidance of Syedi Mazoon Saheb AAB and Syedi Mukasir Saheb AAB the gusl, kafan, and dafan ceremonies were performed with utmost dignity, peace, and tamakkun.

After the dafnawanu ceremony, Mumineen returned to Husaini hall where Syedi Mazoon Saheb AAB presided over Maulatuna Fatema SA shahaadat majlis in which qasidas and marsiyas in remembrance of Maulatuna Fatema SA were prayed. Syedi Mazoon Saheb AAB then led Mumineen in Maghrib Isha imamat namaz. After namaz, Syedi Mazoon Saheb AAB presided over Sadaqallah majlis for al-Marhuma Tasneem ben Raja. Syedi Mazoon Saheb AAB and Syedi Mukasir Saheb AAB then gave ta’ziyat to the children of al-Marhuma Tasneem ben Raja. Mumineen Muminaat also gave ta’ziyat. Abiding by lockdown restrictions due to COVID-19, Mumineen were given parcels of fateha nu jaman to eat separately.

London Mumineen offer laakho shukur na sajadaat in Hazrat Imamiyyah and also offer countless shukur to Syedi Mazoon Saheb AAB and Syedi Mukasir Saheb AAB for guiding Mumineen throughout the janaza and rasam of kafan and dafan. Wal hamdo lillahe rabbil aalameen.
