30mi raat Shehrullah & Eid-ul-Fitar Highlights & Photos

Syedna Khuzaima Qutbuddin TUS led bandagi in Shehrullah al-Mo’azzam with great shaan, particularly in Layali Fadela, Lailatul Qadar and 30mi raat. On each occasion Syedna TUS took heartfelt wasila and beseeched doa Mubarak for mumineen. Highlights of wasila on Laylatul Qadar were published in Sijill 74.
On 30mi raat Syedna TUS led Maghrib Isha Namaaz, Nabi na naam and 10 Rak’at tatawwu’ Namaaz. Syedna also led Bihori Namaaz and beseeched wasila after Nisful-Layl in which he explained the meaning of and beseeched doa with Imam Ali Zainul Aabideen’s doa Mubarak that we recite on 30mi raat. Syedna also explained the meaning of and beseeched doa with Syedna Hatim RA doa for 30mi raat. Syedna continued Namaaz and doa till Sihori time. Mumineen Muhibbeen saw a glimpse of Imam Ali Zainul Aabideen’s ibadat.
On Eid night, Syedna TUS beseeched wasila of panjetan, A’immat and du’aat, particularly Syedna Taher Saifuddin RA and Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin RA and prayed particularly for forgiveness and for the acceptance of our ibaadat, our rozas and our Namaaz. Syedna also prayed for the barakat for mumineen who has submitted their zakaat to Daiz-zamaan.
On Eid morning, after Fajr Namaaz and Khutba, Syedna TUS beseeched wasila mubaraka and explained one of the facets of the word ‘mai’dat’ (lit. a full thaal) referred to in the Qur’an with reference to Eid. Syedna bestowed doa for mumineen, muminaat and their children. Syedna also bestowed doa for the guidance of those who have gone astray and for the unity of the community (see Sjill article ‘The Shamal of Eid and the Unity of Mumineen’).
After Eid Namaaz, Mumineen were invited to Iftaar Nashta breakfast following which Syedna TUS arrived for Eid-ul-Fitar Majlis. Majlis began with tilawat of Qur’an-e-Majeed followed by recitation of qasidas by Syedna Taher Saifuddin RA, Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin RA and the new qasida composed by Syedna Khuzaima Qutbuddin TUS on the occasion of Eid. Shehzada Dr. Abdeali bhaisaheb did pur khuloos shukur araz on behalf of all mumineen for the barakaat bestowed by Aqamaula TUS in this Mubarak month. Mumineen, muminaat and their children received sharaf of qadambosi on the Mubarak occasion of Eid-ul-Fitar. Qasidas and Madehs presented to Aqamaula TUS were also recited. Following Majlis Syedna TUS led Zohor Asar Namaaz.
It is with a sense of sadness that we bid farewell to Shehrullah. Simultaneously, we were filled with a sense of satisfaction that we performed rozas and ibaadat in the Mubarak month and took full ghaneemat of its barakaat with Syedna TUS here in Darus Sakina. And in all the locations around the world where Mumineen prayed with the raza Mubarak of Daiz-zamaan Syedna Qutbuddin TUS, we celebrate Eid with a sense of gratitude that we are among those whose roza, namaaz and ibaadat Allah Ta’ala graces with His acceptance.
