The Bombay High Court, in April 2024, passed judgement on the case submitted by Syedna Khuzaima Qutbuddin RA in 2014. The subsequent appeal by Syedna Taher Fakhruddin TUS has been admitted in the Bombay High Court.
Mukasir-e-Dawat Al-Maula al-Ajal Syedi wa Maulaya Husain Bhaisaheb Burhanuddin AAB led a seminar hosted by Bunayyat and Shabab on 11th Shehrullah, in which he explained Issue 4 of the Bombay High Court judgement and the pending appeal, and answered questions from Mumineen.
In continuation, Syedi Mukasir Saheb AAB will deliver another bayaan on Thursday 28th Ramadan (27th March) in which he will continue to explain the Bombay High Court judgement and the pending appeal, and answer questions from Mumineen. All Mumineen who participate in regular sabaqs may also join.
