Four years ago Dr. Rabab Baisaheba (wife of Shz. Dr. Abdeali bhaisaheb and daughter of Muqaddas Shz. Prof. Hatim bhaisaheb) founded The Arabic Club for Kids (www.arabicclub.co.uk) a fun-based language school in London. While creating curriculum material, she began a project to write entertaining Arabic stories for kids that would increase reading comprehension and vocabulary. We are proud to announce that her first series of Arabic Guided Reading books have been published by Nelson Thornes, an affiliate of Oxford University Press.
The books are filled with engaging, natural language stories based on experiences children can relate to. Children will love to read them; this positive reading experience encourages young children to develop good linguistic skills through meaningful reading, comprehension and personal relevance.
This series has 4 Guided Reading levels. Each level of books has been carefully constructed based on researched developmental learning outcomes (for children learning to read Arabic).
