"Days after Bombay high court allowed Taher Fakhruddin to continue the succession battle initiated by his late father Khuzaima Qutbuddin against Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin over the leadership of Dawoodi Bohra community, Fakhruddin said that the community should not be forced to pay "levies".
