Syedna Khuzaima Qutbuddin RA was a beacon of light. Syedna Taher Saifuddin RA described Syedna Qutbuddin RA in his Risalat as “a shining star in the sky of virtue” (al-kawkabud-durriyyu fi samaa’il fadlil Mubeen”).  It is befitting that Syedna Qutbuddin’s roza, as Syedna Fakhruddin TUS said, “shines for the people of the sky as the stars shine for those on earth.”

Roza Qutbiyyah

On Syedna Qutbuddin’s second Urus Mubarak (1439H), Syedna Fakhruddin TUS expressed his intention to construct Syedna Qutbuddin’s Roza with the entire Quran Majeed inscribed in it, just as Rozat Tahera. In the waaz, Syedna TUS said (1.16.45):

Today, Mamluku-Aal-e-Mohammed, on the Mubarak day of Urus, do this zikr about ‘Roza Qutbiyyah’ where we do ziarat [of Syedna Qutbuddin]. After Syedna Taher Saifuddin’s RA wafaat, Syedna Burhanuddin constructed Rozat Tahera and wrote in his qasida: ‘I see with certainty that his qabar – Syedna Taher Saifuddin’s qabar - is a garden of jannat. Surrounded by divine light’.

Mamluku-Aal-e-Mohammed – I have done niyyat to construct Bawajisaheb’s Roza Qutbiyyah. Preparations are under way so that the Quran would shade the qabar just as in Rozat Tahera. May this Roza shine just as Syedna Qutbuddin’s luminescent and shining persona. And may Mumineen continue to receive barakaat.

I urge Mumineen who wish to take part and contribute in the Roza Qutbiyyah fund, to participate with their hearts – khushi si shaamil thaai; to participate with the knowledge that this is khidmat. It is because of these Mawali that we have Jannat. In gratitude for that, participate in this khidmat. And those who have already committed funds to this khidmat – many have even done araz upfront – May Allah Ta’ala grant them barakat.”

The digital rendering of the Roza Qutbiyya was displayed in Iwan-e-Fatemi next to Syedna Fakhruddin’s TUS takhat in Waaz Majlis.

As per Syedna Fakhruddin’s TUS irshaad mubarak, Mumineen are urged to participate in the Roza Qutbiyyah fund khidmat in gratitude and shukur of Syedna Qutbuddin’s RA boundless bounties and ne’mats.

Mumineen may araz khidmat in the Roza Qutbiyyah fund in person during Qadambosi Bethak in Darus Sakina or in Araz Bethak via internet. Alternatively, Mumineen may send email araz through [email protected]
